Background:

Keith Hay joined Environment Colorado in the fall of 2007 to work on clean energy and energy efficiency. As a consultant to the wind industry, he authored a report on the economic growth potential in wind manufacturing in Colorado. Prior to working in clean energy, Keith was working on a Ph.D. in philosophy, specifically on the appropriate way to value land in parks and natural resource planning. This research led him to an interest in sustainable development and renewable energy. Keith holds one M.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and another from the Claremont Graduate University. He holds a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University.
